We accept reservations for parties of up to eight people. For larger parties, please visit our events page or contact events@blacksheeprestaurants.com to discuss private event options.

Carbone offers an extensive wine selection. Should you choose to bring your own wine, the wine service fee is $800 per bottle.

Bring your style game to our red-sauce juggernaut; we will be donning our designer threads and look forward to seeing you in your elegant, yet unpretentious best. We kindly ask guests to refrain from wearing shorts, singlets, sportswear or ripped jeans, and open-toed shoes for gentlemen.

We reserve the right to cancel bookings for guests who arrive more than fifteen minutes late, as we will be unable to provide the full Carbone experience. These tables will be given to our waitlist.
